Rates

Birchwood Restorative Wellness is a private-pay practice.

Self pay allows you to have more time with your provider, as well as more personalized, high-quality care. It also gives you privacy, confidentiality, and more convenient access, while eliminating insurance barriers.

Intake — 90 minutes: $675

Follow-up — 30 minutes: $275

Follow-up — 45 minutes: $325

No Surprises Act / Good Faith Estimate

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of scheduled care. Ask Birchwood for a written estimate before services are provided.

In accordance with the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate will be provided upon request before services begin, within 3 business days.

Insurance

Check with Birchwood regarding current insurance credentialing and coverage options.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If your health plan offers out-of-network benefits, a superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance provider by the client for reimbursement.

Forms

Forms will be filled out for established patients only. These forms may include short term disability requesting time off from work or other written documentation. They will be completed based on the clinician's discretion and on an individual basis. Any form requiring evaluation and more than 10 minutes of the clinician's time will be charged at a rate of $150 per hour.

Emergency & Crisis Services

Birchwood Restorative Wellness is an outpatient practice and is unable to provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are concerned about your or your child's immediate safety, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for further evaluation.
